Originally from São Paulo, Brazil and Graphic and Media Design graduate at London College of Communication, my ethos is to create design that portrays not only passionate and fresh aesthetics but also a meaning and a purpose. I am interested in Branding, Editorial, Photography and Illustration and aim to explore different mediums such as Printmaking and Digital Media.

Tropicália

Tropicália was a music revolution in Brazil in the late sixties, this publication is a short explanation of the movement for an international public. The book is an exclusive three layer screen printed edition with original illustrations and typography.

Shock

Shock is a sustainable jewellery brand inspired by groundbreaking bold aesthetics of the eighties. Using references such as iD magazine and the Memphis Group of Design, Shock replaces the constant use of plastic with recycled and upcycled materials. The first earring collection was made out of melted HDPE plastic and upcycled scraps of acrylic.

The Allegory of Social Media

This project is a collaboration with writer David Jankowsky, the text is an interpretation of Plato's "Allegory of the Cave" using the context of modern times, technology of smartphones and social media. The book is meant to simulate the scrolling of an Instagram chat between the public and Plato, analyzing how we are trapped inside of our virtual worlds. The collage and text were made simultaneously as an alternative workflow between writer and designer.
